COLD.......Busy

Decided it was time to get this back alive. Been busy between Real Estate, broadcasting and much more time is hard to find sometimes. Now is the best time to buy a home in a longgggg time. Lots of demand and interest rates that are historically low make the time now. Lots of people ask me about the terrible market? Well if you go by FOX, CNN and all of that looking at other markets around the country you may think that. In the Austin area we are thriving! Inventory is under 4 months, 6 months of inventory indicates a healthy market. Bottom line is there is not enough inventory! With about 8,000 projected housing starts in 2012 folks are trying to get some homes on the ground. Consumer confidence is starting to pick up so it has been a slow progression but my friends we here in the Central Texas area are very fortunate.

I found out that I been named a finalist for the Speed 51 national short track race announcer of the year. Feel free to vote speed51.com you can vote once a day through Feb 8. Thanks to all the great folks from Thunderhill Raceway, Houston Motorsports Park and San Antonio Speedway for getting me into the finals.

Oh yeah, the weather... it's cold. Was working towards training for the Austin 1/2 Marathon until the Flu downed me around Christmas but trying to get back on track but this cold is well... cold.!!!!!
